Barb has a BSBA in marketing, a Master of Arts in human resources development and is a member of SHRM. Barb believes that the employees are the most valuable asset of a company and that the way each job is performed, no matter how large or small, plays an important role in the success of the organization. One of her primary objectives as Director - HR is to act as a liaison between management and employees to insure the employees have the tools and expertise to perform their jobs and therefore, the company achieves its goals. Barb feels that there can be a balance between work and family which is one of the reasons she was excited to join a family owned operation. Being a long time volunteer with a local animal shelter and The Salvation Army, Barb is a proponent for community involvement and looks to promote volunteerism from the staff and company. A twenty year veteran of human resources, Barb looks forward to bringing innovative ideas and programs to the company.
