I’ve known Donna for more than thirty years, we’ve been friends and colleagues since I myself was a sales rep in the company. Donna originally started in the bindery in Parsons, KS but we quickly realized that her terrific people skills would be a valuable asset in sales. The move was an instant success and Donna soon became manager of the sales department of IMI. In 1996, when Flesh merged with IMI, Donna was instrumental in integrating the two customer service departments, ensuring that the process was a positive learning experience for our staff and beneficial for our customers. Today Donna’s enthusiasm for innovation – everything from new security measures to more efficient variable data - continues to energize our sales force and add value to our solutions.
