Randy brought more than twenty-five years experience with Business Forms & Label Manufacturing, Print & Fulfillment Services, Direct Mail and Content Management when he joined The Flesh Company as Manager of Post Press Production in 2003.  Randy uses Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma methods to continually improve the operation to exceed our customers’ expectations for quality and delivery.  Randy has also brought strong communication and people skills to the organization and is responsible for employee development and training.  I’ve been impressed by Randy’s management style, which is one of “Leadership by Example” and he has always credited his successes to the contributions and support of all the associates.
