Starting in 1983 and moving from order entry to quality control and finally into sales, Lisa has maintained a high standard throughout her 28 years in the industry. Her passion for customer service through creative solutions and out-of-the-box thinking has earned her a well founded reputation among her peers. Lisa joined The Flesh Company in 2011 as Regional sales manager bringing with her a vast knowledge of business forms, label and digital print. When she’s not helping customers she spends time reading, gardening and attending classic car shows with her husband of 21 years and their two classic cars, a 67 Mustang and a 1970 Gran Torino.

Tina started her career in the print industry in 1991, where she worked with a print distributor out of Springfield, Missouri. In fact, the first order she ever wrote for that employer was with The Flesh Company! Since that time, she’s grown her skills in a variety of sales and management positions focused on printing, and joined the company as a Regional Sales Manager in 2008. She loves what she does, and describes her job as “helping our distributor partners find solutions!” Tina enjoys taking to the field and being out in the market, getting to know customers and developing lasting business relationships. She regularly conducts seminars, training and lunch-and-learns for our distributors to help them grow their business. Her passions include technology, camping, hiking, floating, music and “chasing waterfalls”.

John came to The Flesh Company in 1980, working his way through Account and Sales Management before taking on the role of Onsite Project Manager. Decades of direct experience have made John a true expert at providing customer solutions for product functionality, delivery and price. He stresses the importance of having a flexible attitude towards customer needs, ensuring the company does it’s very best to meet and exceed those needs. John loves spending time with his family, cooking and eating healthy, walking and playing an occasional round of golf.

Sandra is a relative newcomer to the team, having started her career with the company in 2005. Sabrina holds a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Commercial Graphics/Printing. She has been in the printing industry since 1993, with experience in commercial web printing and tag/label manufacturing. She has been with the company since 1998, and has a special expertise helping customers with business forms needs. Sabrina takes it upon herself to learn and understand the equipment and technology as fully as possible, knowing that such knowledge is a powerful tool that enhances her ability to help customers. She is excited by anything that is mentally challenging, and she also loves to plant flowers, read and quilt.

Amy has been with The Flesh Company all her working life, beginning in 1986. She started in the bindery division where she folded covers, then worked her way through order entry and customer service, then rose to account management. As an account manager her years of experience and “can do” attitude make her a real asset to the company. Ms. Grounds moved to Minnesota in 2006, where she continues to serve customers and thrives on the day-to-day challenges of her job. Her hobbies include gardening and golf.

Steven graduated from St. Louis University in 1977 and started working for The Flesh Company two weeks later. After working out of the corporate office for 22 years, Steven relocated to the Parsons, Kansas plant in 1998. Steven is an expert at cut sheet and snap forms, and he’s a regular representative of the company at industry trade shows, where his knowledge and experience help customers find the right solutions for their needs. Blessed with 5 sons, Steven is an avid sports coach who loves watching his boys compete. He enjoys racquetball and horseback riding, and loves his St. Louis Cardinals. He has a personal goal of visiting every major league ballpark in the country.

Though Diana is new to her role as sales assistant at The Flesh Company, she is far from new in the role of servicing customers having come from eighteen years in the hospitality market. Second only to her customer dedication is her enjoyment in “working for a company who cares about each of their employees like family.” Diana also appreciates and understands the value in working for a company who strives to add new capabilities and technologies. Her two daily personal goals are a timely reply to all quotes and to contact clients by calling them rather than using email when possible.Diana enjoys biking, gardening, Christian music, outdoors and, of course, shopping.
