Credit Information

Welcome and thank you for your interest in our products.  If you've recently placed an order or if you're considering doing so, there is some additional information that we require in order to establish an account.  Just click on the Credit Application link below and download or print out the documents.  We request that you complete the paperwork and fax to (314) 951-2018.  The application must be signed by an owner or officer of your company.  Once received, we will immediately begin your credit inquiry.  This process typically takes 2-3 days to complete. If you would like to process pending or already invoiced orders on your credit card, we would be happy to accommodate. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express; complete the authorization form below and fax to (314) 951-2018.
