How can I receive training on your products?
There are several ways to learn more about our capabilities and the sales opportunities they can generate for your company. Your first step should be to review our various product and market kits available to you from our website. Once you determine those of most interest to you, contact our sales team at 800.835.0098. They will help you understand the uniqueness of each application. Another option is an online webinar presented by one of our sales managers. These are interactive sessions that can include your entire sales team. If you have a sales force of more than 10 representatives, we suggest a Lunch & Learn program where one of our sales managers travels to your location for a face to face presentation. These take more planning due to the travel involved, however, can be highly effective in helping your sales team truly understand the applications and market they can penetrate.
I have a specific vertical market I want to penetrate. How can Flesh Co help me?
We have several vertical market kits already available from our Marketing Support team. Simply go to Fleshco.com and navigate to our sample request page. There you will find a wide array of kits available to you at no cost.
I understand integrated cards and labels are a high growth and profit area but I don't really understand how they are used.
Contact one of our sales team at 800.835.0098 and ask them to explain the basics of integrated solutions. They will also send you one of our Integrated Solutions kits. Once you receive it, review all the samples, then contact us at anytime with further questions.
I have a client who wants to reduce the number of forms in their system. How can I help them?
This is typical of many companies, especially those who have been in business for many years. Some forms they may have designed years ago and some probably just "appeared" over time. The best solution is to get 2-3 samples of every form or label used as well as an idea of how they are used. Send one sample of each to our sales team. We can then set up a conference call to review the applications and designs and offer suggestions to take back to your customer. These are great opportunities to provide more effective designs to improve the efficiency of their workflow process.
I have a customer who wants to be able to authenticate event tickets. What should I suggest?
There are several means of authentication which can be both overt and covert in nature. Thermochromic inks and UV black lights are two of the most often used tactics. See our document security whitepapers for more information.
Does Flesh Co print vital records?
Yes. Vital records normally consist of birth and death certificates. These are often targets for counterfeiting and should have a wide array of security features to prevent duplication or alteration.
How are integrated cards made?
In the simplest form, a special two ply laminate is applied to the back of a 28# ledger sheet which was printed in our offset division. The face of the sheet is then die cut using precision equipment to cut the paper and the first ply of the laminate, allowing the card to be peeled away.
Are integrated cards laser compatible?
Yes. Even if your client requires a face lamination, we can create integrated cards for laser or ink jet imaging.
How many colors can you print on a pressure sensitive label?
Our flexo presses are 8 color units. So we can print 8 colors or 7 colors and a UV coating.

What security features should I include on my clients checks?
Security design is based on the level of risk to the client. In most cases using a security paper and a minimum of four print security features is protection from amateur criminals. My customer wants security thread in their document, is that even possible?
Security thread embedded in a paper is available, however this is normally limited to vehicle titles. Custom paper can be ordered with a security thread with a five ton minimum. Custom thread is available, however, this does require a longer lead time for production. Contact our sales team so that we can understand the full nature of your client's counterfeit concerns.
Who can assist me if my Sales Representative is not in the office?
All of the Sales Representatives here at Flesh Co are teamed with one of our Sales Assistants. In the Sales Representative’s absence his or her Sales Assistant will be happy to handle all your needs.
Can I submit an order over the internet?
Yes. Feel free to email your PO, copy and file to your Sales Representative. Email addresses for all our Sales Representatives can be found in the Customer Service area of this website.
How long does it take to get a proof?
Three days after receipt of order is the standard time for a proof. If the situation requires a faster turnaround please contact your Sales Representative so one can be arranged.
What is your normal turnaround time?
Standard delivery is 10 to 12 working days. As with any custom printing project, standard delivery times are subject to change due to factors such as (but not limited to) availability of raw materials, desired quantity and number of processes required for the order.
Do you offer rush deliveries and what is the charge?
3, 5 and 7-day rush deliveries are available for a nominal charge. The exact amount varies with each order so please check with your Sales Representative at Flesh Co to see what the up-charge would be in a specific case.
What type of file formats/programs can you accept?
Our composition department can accept files in the following formats: Quark, Quark Passport, Illustrator, Acrobat Professional, Photoshop, InDesign and Microsoft Office. Click here for more detailed specifications.

Do you have an ftp site and if so, what is it?
Yes. You can upload files (compress using WinZip or Stuffit). For log-in information please contact your Sales Representative.
What are your terms for payment?
Our standard payment terms are: 3% 15 days/Net 16 Days.
Can I pay with a credit card?
Flesh Co does accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards for the payment of invoices. Please refer to the Credit Information section on our website or contact the credit department at 800-760-2967.

What are the hours for the shipping/receiving department?
The shipping department at Flesh Co is open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 9 pm Central Time. Receiving Hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Central Time.
Do you have warehousing capabilities?
Flesh Co does have warehouse facilities available for use by our distributors. Please contact your Sales Representative for information on the warehouse program that best meets your needs.
Are you a union shop?
Flesh Co is not a union shop and is thus unable to manufacture orders with a union bug logo.
Do you produce pocket folders?
We do not produce pocket folders. This product requires a different type of offset and offline finishing.
Do you produce pressure seal checks and forms?
We produce traditional checks in continuous, unit set and laser formats. We cannot produce pressure seal versions. These require the end user to make an additional purchase of a folder/sealer and the maintenance required for those machines.
Do you produce checks?
Yes. We produce these in laser, unit and continuous formats with a wide range of security features. These features may be in the substrate, inks or in the printing process. The primary markets are commercial, bank checks and money orders. See Document Security.
