Starting in 1983 and moving from order entry to quality control and finally into sales, Lisa has maintained a high standard throughout her 28 years in the industry. Her passion for customer service through creative solutions and out-of-the-box thinking has earned her a well founded reputation among her peers. Lisa joined Flesh Co in 2011 as Regional sales manager bringing with her a vast knowledge of business forms, label and variable imaging. When she’s not helping customers she spends time reading, gardening and attending classic car shows with her husband of 21 years and their two classic cars, a 67 Mustang and a 1970 Gran Torino.
Special Project Coordinator
John came to Flesh Co in 1980, working his way through Account and Sales Management before taking on the role of Onsite Project Coordinator. Decades of direct experience have made John a true expert at providing customer solutions for product functionality, delivery and price. He stresses the importance of having a flexible attitude towards customer needs, ensuring the company does it’s very best to meet and exceed those needs. John loves spending time with his family, cooking and eating healthy, walking and playing an occasional round of golf.
Sandra is a relative newcomer to the team, having started her career with the company in 2005. An expert at providing outstanding customer service, she is an efficient multi-tasker who knows how to listen to customers so she can understand their needs and offer them the best solutions for their end users. She prides herself on turning around quotes quickly, and ensuring that orders are completed and delivered on time.
Steven graduated from St. Louis University in 1977 and started working for Flesh Co two weeks later. After working out of the corporate office for 22 years, Steven relocated to the Parsons, Kansas plant in 1998. Steven is an expert at cut sheet and snap forms, and he’s a regular representative of the company at industry trade shows, where his knowledge and experience help customers find the right solutions for their needs. Blessed with 5 sons, Steven is an avid sports coach who loves watching his boys compete. He enjoys racquetball and horseback riding, and loves his St. Louis Cardinals. He has a personal goal of visiting every major league ballpark in the country.
Tracy started with the company in 1993, working as a collator helper in the production plant. After several years, she became a sales assistant, and grew into the Account Manager role. Tracy says her mission is to “provide customers with the peace of mind that they will be taken care of.” She is committed to providing outstanding service to customers, and her years of experience allow her to offer solutions that are cost effective, efficient and meet the precise needs of customers and their end users. She enjoys listening to music, shopping (Jewelry!) and spending time with family and friends.
Tracy has been a member of the team since 1992. Before coming to the company, she spent 8 years working with a distributor, so she understands the needs of our trade partners. Tracy “works as though she is employed by her customers”, always doing her best to be completely responsive to customer needs, ensuring they get top quality product for the best possible price. She likes to spend as much free time as possible working on her farm.
Pam prides herself on giving customers prompt, friendly, knowledgeable sales service. Since 1988, she’s been building her knowledge base and growing with the company, making her an expert on the company’s extensive range of capabilities. She especially enjoys the challenge of helping customers with difficult forms projects. Pam lives on a small farm where she keeps horses, raises cattle and loves “playing in the dirt” and gardening.
Always quick to give a knowledgeable and friendly response to customer inquiries, Karen enjoys the challenge of helping customers meet the needs of their end users. Karen is upbeat and loves interacting with people, which makes her perfect for her role in customer service. “What products or services can we help you with?” she asks. She enjoys reading, helping out with 4-H, baking, basket weaving, tole painting and working with stained glass.
Kathy started in the print industry in 1972, when she began her career with IMI Business Forms (a sister company that was consolidated into Flesh Co in 1998). She is dedicated to helping customers meet their goals and receive the best product possible for their end users. Much of her role involves collecting customer order information and interacting with Account Managers and customers to ensure everything is recorded as accurately as possible. Her hobbies include singing and playing the piano, and she loves to read.
Wanda has performed a variety of roles in the print industry since she started in the early 1980’s. She brought her experience to the company in 2005, and serves in a support role for the sales department. Her years of experience are a valuable asset, and she understands the need to always provide quality work that she and the company can stand behind. Wanda loves spending time with her family, and enjoys going to the dirt track races with her daughter, son-in-law and granddaughters.
Diana joins the sales team after serving as a sales assistant for many years at Flesh Co.. She is far from new in the role of servicing customers having come from eighteen years in the hospitality market. Second only to her customer dedication is her enjoyment in “working for a company who cares about each of their employees like family.” Diana also appreciates and understands the value in working for a company who strives to add new capabilities and technologies. Her two daily personal goals are a timely reply to all quotes and to contact clients by calling them rather than using email when possible.
Diana enjoys biking, gardening, Christian music, outdoors and, of course, shopping. Married for 15 years, her children are three Jack Russell dogs and her goal is to live a fruitful Christian life.
Sherre started with the company in 2010 and is aggressively learning more and more about the industry every day. Her organizational skills make her a strong asset in support of the sales team, and she works to ensure customers get the best possible value for their dollars. In her free time, Sherre enjoys reading, crafts and puzzles.
Cathy is the newest addition to our sales assistant team, however, she’s certainly not new to customer care having over seven years serving customers in the banking market. In fact, one of the reasons Cathy applied at Flesh Co was our reputation for caring about our customers and our associate's families. Cathy prides herself on her ability to help clients in a friendly and diligent manner. From her initial interview to the date of hire, we knew she was going to be a great addition to our team. Cathy has two sons, loves to read and is very active in her local congregation. She says her main goal is to succeed in all that she does to the best of her ability and plans a long career at Flesh Co.
Carly recently joined the Flesh Co team as a sales assistant supporting our internal team. Her previous background included sales and customer service roles. In addition, she worked for Dwayne’s Photo’s in Parsons, KS, which made history in 2010 as the last certified Kodachrome processor in the world. Carly prides herself on her thorough, responsive nature and desire to provide our customers with the best possible experience. She has a BA degree from University of Kansas and enjoys the fact she’s working closely with her sister, Cathy, who is also on our sales support team. Carly spends her personal time with her family, traveling and taking care of her dogs which she considers "fur babies."
